THE BRONX — A man fatally stabbed his 70-year-old neighbor following a dispute over borrowed money, police and sources said.

Marcus Graham, 46, stabbed Perry Little in the neck just down the block from their building at Hughes Avenue near East Tremont Avenue on Oct. 30, according to the NYPD.

Little was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital and passed away on Nov. 23.

Graham was charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon after the stabbing.

Further charges might be added pending the results of an autopsy, an NYPD spokesman said.

The men lived in low income housing run by Urban Pathways.

Urban Pathways Chief Operating Officer Ron Abad said there were no signs of trouble between the men prior to the stabbing and that the residence was "very safe, very well managed."

The building provides 24-hour security and provided additional support services to residents following the altercation, Abad added.

"[We've] worked very closely with NYPD officials," he said. "Our sentiments are with Mr. Little’s family."
