MIDTOWN — Police are asking for help finding a Brooklyn priest who vanished after going for a walk in Manhattan Monday evening.

The Rev. John B. Ephraim, of Flatlands, Brooklyn, was last seen on East 47th Street and Seventh Avenue about 6 p.m., police said.

Ephraim, a priest at St. Thomas Aquinas church in Marine Park, suffers from mental illness and appears to have been off his medication when he went missing, police sources said.

He’s about 5-foot-5, 170 pounds with a medium build, brown eyes and short hair.

He was last seen wearing eyeglasses, a black overcoat, black slacks and a black long-sleeve shirt with a white priest’s collar.
