BROOKLYN — A and C trains were running with delays after previously being suspended between Broadway Junction and Jay Street-Metro Tech Monday afternoon due to switch problems at Hoyt-Schermerhorn streets, the MTA said.
Northbound A trains were running local between Broadway Junction and Hoyt-Schermerhorn, according to a 3:18 p.m. update on the agency's website.
Prior to that, Queens-bound A trains had been terminating at Jay Street-Metro Tech, while Brooklyn-bound Cs had been terminating at World Trade Center, according to the MTA.
Riders should expect delays in both directions. Service updates can be seen on the MTA's website.
Service along the A, C and E was also affected Monday morning after a man jumped to his death in front of a World Trade Center-train at Port Authority, officials said.
