Person Struck by A Train in Far Rockaway, FDNY Says

QUEENS — A person was critically injured after being struck by an A train in Far Rockaway Wednesday night, according to the FDNY.

The person was struck at Beach 25th Street at about 6:55 p.m. and was transported to Jamaica Hospital with life-threatening injuries, a fire department spokesman said.

A trains were running with delays in both directions after the incident.
