INWOOD – A Melania Trump impersonator is touring Inwood urging voters to “Vote 4 Hillary."
The woman — who refused to step out of character or give her real name — stopped by the polling site at I.S. 52 at 650 Academy Street near Vermilyea Avenue at 3 p.m., after spending the morning visiting several bakeries and polling sites.
“Vote for Hillary. Even Melania Trump wants you to vote for Hillary,” fake Melania — dressed in a skintight white dress similar to the one the the Mrs. Trump wore on Tuesday with a coat over her shoulders — told residents in a mock Slovenian accent as they headed to their polling sites.
"I voted," she added, pointing to her "I Voted" sticker placed on her right breast.
"Tell my husband I'm tired."
Fake Melania added that while she lives in Trump Towers, she has a lover in Inwood.
“I like Hillary, you know she came to our wedding,” she said, adding that she fell in love with her husband when he was still a registered Democrat.
