MANHATTAN — A man was seriously hurt when he was a hit by a car in Midtown East Wednesday afternoon, officials said.
The man, whose name and age weren't immediately released, was hit near Second Avenue and East 40th Street, an FDNY spokesman said.
He suffered serious injuries and was treated at Bellevue Hospital, where he's listed in stable condition, the spokesman said.
An NYPD spokeswoman didn't have further information about the incident.
