FINANCIAL DISTRICT —  An octogenarian thief grabbed a teen's bag of Halloween wigs left at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, police said.

The 19-year-old Pace University student told police that she realized her bag — which contained two wigs worth a total of $19, along with hair gel and a hair brush — was missing after getting up from her seat in the Lower Manhattan terminal to board the ferry at about 6 p.m. on Monday.

Surveillance video caught John Richardson, 80, taking the victim's bag, police said.

Johnson was charged with petit larceny and released without bail, according to his criminal complaint. He's due back in Manhattan Criminal Court on Dec. 5.

A call to his Legal Aid lawyer was not immediately returned.
