TRIBECA — Asian specialty megastore Pearl River Mart is relaunching in a pared-down location in TriBeCa.

The longtime SoHo shop shuttered its iconic Broadway storefront in March, after a massive rent hike forced it to leave.

Owners have kept an online Pearl River Mart running since the 477 Broadway emporium was pushed out.

Blog Tribeca Citizen reported Tuesday that the shop would reopen at 395 Broadway near Walker Street, in a space that's nearly 6,000 square feet, a markedly smaller version than its previous 30,000-square-foot SoHo home.

A spokesperson for Pearl River Mart confirmed to DNAinfo New York that the store would be opening in the 395 Broadway space, but said further details would be released Wednesday.
