Sleeping F Train Rider Punched Repeatedly by Two Men, Police Say

PARK SLOPE — Police are asking for help identifying two men who beat up a 35-year-old man aboard an F train on Oct. 10, the NYPD said Thursday.

The two men punched the victim repeatedly in the face on a southbound F at the Fourth Avenue-Ninth Street station at 3:20 a.m., police said.

The men ran off the train and into the street. The victim, who was sleeping when the attack started, suffered bruising and swelling and was treated at the scene by emergency medical workers, police said.
