It's a choice between brunch or kittens this Saturday.

For the second year in a row, Urban Outfitters is partnering with the animal welfare nonprofit Best Friends Animal Society to offer kittens and cats for adoption at stores in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Last year, all the felines looking for a new home had found one within two hours, Best Friends spokesperson Eric Rayvid said.

"This year we doubled the amount available for adoption with the hope that we find permanent homes for all of them tomorrow in record time," Rayvid said.

Urban Outfitters is transforming 10 of its stores into adoption centers and covering all adoption fees for 125 cats and kittens. All will come spayed or neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated.

If you're looking to take a furry friend home with you, you'll need to bring ID, and if you live in a a rental you should also bring a copy of your lease or a letter from your landlord indicating your building is pet-friendly.

Some Urban Outfitters locations open at 9 a.m., others at 10 a.m. which might interfere with some brunch dates, but we think most people will agree that giving a kitten a forever home is probably worth sacrificing a day of bottomless mimosas.
