Build a custom fish sandwich at a popup sandwich shop inside the International Wings Factory from Wednesdays to Saturdays, from lunch to 5 p.m. Choose from tilapia, wild Alaskan pink salmon, cod, flounder or whiting to place on top of a bread and spice of your choice. The sandwiches are roughly $6 or $7 and the sides, tater tots, fish fry bites and mac & fish, are available for $4 and $5 a piece. It’s takeout and delivery only.
