HARLEM — A man was robbed while he took a nap in the park, police said.

The man said he had to power up his cellphone at a public charging station last Wednesday around 8 p.m. in Marcus Garvey Park when he unintentionally nodded off.

He said he'd placed his wallet on his lap before he fell asleep. When he woke up both his wallet and phone were missing, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
