BROOKLYN — Police are looking for two men they say pistol-whipped and robbed a man in front of a nine-year-old boy and 36-year-old woman inside a Crown Heights apartment last month.

The pair of suspects showed up at a 40-year-old man’s apartment at Utica and Atlantic avenues around 1 p.m. on June 19, police said.

The two men threatened the man with a black handgun, struck him on the head with it and forced their way into the apartment. Inside, the suspects forced the woman and boy, both relatives of the victim, to lay on the floor while they took a cellphone, wallet and $325 from the 40-year-old before fleeing, police said.

The woman and boy were uninjured during the robbery, the NYPD said. The man suffered minor injuries, according to authorities.

On Monday, the police department released video footage of one of the suspects, seen walking with a limp and wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.

A second suspect, not pictured in the footage, was last seen wearing a dark T-shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. He was driving a dark sedan, which police said is possibly a Dodge Avenger.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at (800) 577-TIPS or for Spanish (888) 57-PISTA (74782).
