HARLEM - The Harlem EatUp! Festival announced an array of additional free events ahead of its launch next week.

The festival, which runs from May 19 to 22, will offer attractions in Morningside Park on May 21 and May 22 from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. in addition to its usual ticketed events.

They include a kids yoga class, a tasting event by New Jersey-based Mr. Cory’s Cookies, a make-your-own treats demonstration by Harvest Home Farmer’s Market and a sing-a-long Vy Higginsen’s teen gospel choir.

Harlem chefs Melba Wilson, Joseph “JJ” Johnson and Carlos Swepson will team up with guest celebrity chefs Emeril Lagasse and Daniel Boulud for demonstrations on the EatUp! main stage.
