BROOKLYN — A man was punched in the face and kicked for asking another G train rider to take her feet off the seat during a morning commute in early April, police said.

The 44-year-old straphanger was on the Queens-bound train in Greenpoint when he asked the suspect, a woman in her 30s, to free up the seat so he could sit down about 9:15 a.m. April 4, NYPD officials said.

The seat hog slugged him in the face and started kicking him, police said.

The victim managed to snap a photo of the suspect before she fled the train at the Court Square station, police said.

The suspect is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 120 pounds, police said. She was wearing a dark coat with a fur lined collar and black sweatpants at the time, police said.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
