SUNSET PARK — Three people were seriously hurt Monday morning when they were trapped under a steel beam in Sunset Park, officials said.
The injured people, whose identities weren't immediately released, were at 141 21st St., near Third Avenue, about 8:17 a.m. when they became trapped, an FDNY spokesman said.
FDNY crews freed them and took them to Lutheran Medical Center, where they were treated for serious injuries and listed in stable condition, officials said.
It wasn't immediately clear how they became trapped under the beam.
