As New Yorkers headed to the polls Tuesday to vote in the state primary, candidate Donald Trump also cast his ballot here in the city.
The Republican candidate — who lives with wife Melania at the top of the gleaming Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue — voted Tuesday morning at Central Synagogue in Midtown, according to ABC News.
"Putting in that vote today was really something terrific," he told the news outlet.

Fellow New Yorker and Democratic rival Hillary Clinton cast her vote near her home in Westchester County.
This is the first time in years that the New York primary could play a pivotal role in which candidate gets their party's nomination. In many past primaries, the nominee had already been determined by the time city residents cast their ballots.
