THE BRONX — A teenager was critically injured when two men in a car slammed into him crossing the street before fleeing the scene on foot Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The 17-year-old was crossing the intersection of East 165th Street and Union Avenue about 4 p.m. when the silver Acura hit him, an NYPD spokesman said.

The teen was treated at Lincoln Medical Center, where he's listed in critical condition, police said.

The men ran away from the scene and hadn't been arrested as of Thursday morning, police said.
