FORT GREENE — A 19-year-old was beaten in the face with a baseball bat while two others held him down Monday at the Ingersoll Houses, police said.

The three suspects approached the teen outside 25 Monument Walk at 10:25 p.m., according to police.

Two of them held the teen down while a third hit him in the face with a baseball bat, police said.

The suspects fled in an unknown direction, according to police.

The victim was taken to Methodist Hospital where he was treated for his injuries, police said.

There is no description of the suspects and no arrests have been made, police said.

The NYPD released surveillance video of the attack Wednesday. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
