PARK SLOPE — A Boerum Hill sushi spot known for "exceptionally good" rolls is opening a new outpost in Park Slope.

Ki Sushi, which reportedly uses fish flown directly from a Tokyo seafood market, recently signed a lease at 282 Flatbush Ave., near Prospect Place, a spokeswoman for real estate broker TerraCRG said.

The restaurant will take over two storefronts — formerly occupied by a hair dresser and a real estate office — for a total of 2,200 square feet.

Other comings and goings on the restaurant and retail scene include the following:

► The casual Italian eatery Fiat Cafe will move into the Cubana Cafe spot at 80 Sixth Ave., near St. Mark's Avenue, Here's Park Slope reported. Fiat also has a location in Nolita and serves coffee, panini, pasta, salads and more.

► A "female wellness" center and gynecologic urgent care facility called Fem Gyn is moving into the space last occupied by Sweet Melissa Patisserie at 175 Seventh Ave., between First and Second streets. A sign in the window says the business will offer prenatal massage and lactation consulting as well as gynecologic urgent care with "no surprise bills."

► The real estate firm Space Marketing Shop is moving into 190 Fifth Ave. at Sackett Street, the company announced on Twitter. The space was previously occupied by Cog & Pearl.

Pickle Shack, the restaurant spinoff of the pickle purveyor Brooklyn Brine, closed recently, Eater reported. Pickle Shack was at 256 Fourth Ave. between President and Carroll streets. Brooklyn Brine is still in operation but has moved from Gowanus to Industry City.
