MANHATTAN — A man was stabbed in the head twice with a screwdriver while fighting with his boyfriend near Lincoln Center on Thursday morning, police said.

The 29-year-old was fighting with his 28-year-old partner near 90 Amsterdam Ave., across the street from Lincoln Center, about 5:43 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said. Authorities didn't release either of their names.

The older man was treated at Roosevelt Hospital, where he's listed in stable condition, police said.

The suspect was taken into custody at the scene, but charges against him were still pending Thursday morning, police said.
