New Yorkers love their Technicolor foods.
They lined up for the rainbow bagels sold at Williamsburg's The Bagel Store last month. And they may be on the cusp of queuing up for a new multi-colored treat at Moe's Doughs Donut Shop in neighboring Greenpoint.
The "rainbow donut" made its debut at Moe's this weekend and sold out on the first day. We expect to add it to our ever-growing list of novelty foods to whip this city into a frenzy, like last week's installment, the everything donut. (Don't get just started on that bagel bastardization.)
