JACKSON HEIGHTS — A man accused of beating up his girlfriend in front of her home near Roosevelt Avenue last year was busted in Tennessee, police said Friday.

Tomas Rivera, 30, was arrested in Knoxville and brought back to New York City, officials said. It's not clear if he was living in Knoxville at the time of the attack, or recently moved there.

He allegedly got into an argument with his girlfriend, who is transgender, in front of her home on 93rd Street at 4 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2015, according to police.

He demanded her cellphone, which had texts between them, then slammed her head into the sidewalk and punched her in the face before fleeing, police said.

Rivera waived extradition and was charged with assault, police said.
