We just can't "let it go."

On Tuesday, Disney announced that its $1.3 billion-grossing film, "Frozen," will become a musical, hitting Broadway in Spring 2018.

As the award-winning 2013 film expands to the theatrical domain, it will be accompanied by some familiar names: the "Frozen" film score composers Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez will provide the production's music and lyrics, and author Jennifer Lee will write it, according to the press release.

The new musical will be directed by Golden Globe winner Alex Timbers and choreographed by Tony winner Peter Darling, the release added.

Theater heavyweights are joining in the production's design, sound and lighting as well: Tony award winners Bob Crowley and Natasha Katz will lead scenic/costume design and lighting design, respectively, and four-time Tony nominee Peter Hylenski will head up sound design.

Cast members and more specific dates for Broadway performances will be announced later, the release says, but the musical's "pre-Broadway engagement" will take place in Summer 2017.
