TIMES SQUARE — Couples wanting to share a smooch in one of the world’s most famous public spaces can find a little more privacy at the Crossroads of the World this Valentine’s Day.

An installation composed of a dozen heart-shaped mirrors that form six “kissing booths” will be unveiled between 46th and 47th streets on Feb. 9.

“Heart of Hearts,” created by architectural collaboration Collective-LOK, was the winner of the Times Square Alliance’s eighth-annual Valentine’s Day design competition, which asks firms to send in their ideas for “romantic public art installations.”

Passersby can either stand in the middle of the ring of hearts and take in the “kaleidoscopic interior," or step inside one of the partially enclosed mirrored kissing booths, the Times Square Alliance said in a release.

“We are thrilled to create the ‘Heart of Hearts’ for Valentine’s Day, an engagement ring for our love affair with the spectacle of Times Square,” Collective-LOK’s architects said in a statement.

“It’s truly a special opportunity to provide a space for intimacy and performance in the heart of the city, one we hope visitors will love."

The installation will remain in Times Square until March 6.
