MARINERS HARBOR — A man used a stolen credit card to buy a $199 drill from a Staten Island Home Depot last month, police said.

On Dec. 16, a 32-year-old woman noticed her wallet was missing — with $10 in cash, credit cards and ID — at about 1:55 p.m., police said.

After she canceled her cards, she saw that three unauthorized purchases were made with one of them in Staten Island, police said.

Surveillance video caught the suspect using the card to buy a DeWalt drill for $199 at the Home Depot on 2501 Forest Ave., police said.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
