FINANCIAL DISTRICT —  A woman had nearly $3,000 worth of jewelry, makeup, clothes and bags stolen from the trunk of her car, police said.

The 27-year-old had parked her Dodge Durango outside of the Eurostars Wall Street Hotel, at 129 Fulton St. at about 1 p.m. on Saturday.

When she came back less than two hours later, her trunk had been opened and $2,850 worth of her things were missing, including a $600 bracelet, two pairs of True Religion jeans, an iPad, several coats and Dior cosmetics.

The woman told police that she thought she'd locked her car but there was no sign of forced entry, police said.
