Teen Fatally Shot During Christmas Eve Argument, Police Say

THE BRONX — Police released photos of two men they want to question for the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old on Christmas Eve, police said.

Justin Morris was with a group of people who got into an argument with another group near 183rd Street and Jerome Avenue about 10:55 p.m. Thursday, NYPD officials said.

Gunfire broke out and everyone fled the scene, police said.

Morris, of University Heights, was hit in the back and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Another boy, 19, was shot in the back and buttocks, police said. He was treated at St. Barnabas Hospital where he's listed in stable condition.

Investigators released a photo of two men who had been arguing with Morris.
