FLATIRON — An employee of a Dunkin' Donuts has been arrested after grabbing his underage coworker and trying to forcibly kiss her, according to the NYPD.

The victim, a girl younger than 17, was working her second day of training at the Dunkin' Donuts at Sixth Avenue and West 28th Street shortly after 6 p.m. on Nov. 25 when her coworker, 41-year-old Ahmed Mechebek, followed her into the back room as she went to check her phone, police said.

Mechebek then cornered the girl, grabbed her around the waist and tried to kiss her, repeatedly asking her for “just one kiss,” officials said.

The girl said no loudly multiple times and tried to push him away, but surveillance video showed Mechebek continuing to grab her and attempting to kiss her on the mouth, police said.

Prosecutors charged Mechebek with sexual abuse and child endangerment. He was released after paying $500 bail. A temporary order of protection was issued against him, according to court records.

A lawyer for Mechebek did not immediately respond to a request for comment, and an employee of Dunkin' Donuts declined to comment when reached by phone.
