There’s going to be a fancy New Years party at the top of One World Trade Center, and you’re invited — if you have at least $500 to spend.

The observatory perched atop the soaring building is hosting a “black tie optional” New Years Eve Celebration, with tickets, which are now on sale, priced from $500 to $6,750.

The lowest price for an individual ticket is $500 — that gets you a four-hour open bar, while you’re allowed to roam the observatory and take in the views from floor-to-ceiling windows more than 1,250 feet in the air. Hors d’oevures and sweets will be passed around for two hours and you’ll also get a champagne toast at midnight. Plus, there will be DJs “spinning top 40 hits.”

If you want a table, a couple bottles of alcohol, and dedicated waiter service, that’s when the prices start to go up.

Packages for groups of four to 12 people range from $2,500 to $6,750.

If you or your pals are very, very big spenders, and you don't feel weird at all about ringing in the New Year at 1 WTC, then these may be the plans for you.

For a more budget version of New Years Eve at the observatory, you could always pay the regular $32 during daylight hours, then just drink some cheap champagne that night and tell everybody about the views. Just a suggestion.
