UPPER WEST SIDE — A thief made off with 19 copies of the newly released "Call of Duty" video game from a neighborhood gaming shop on the day the popular game was released, police said.

The suspect entered Game Stop at 2322 Broadway on Nov. 6 at 7:45 p.m., grabbed four copies of "Call of Duty: Black Opps III" for Xbox and 15 for PlayStation, and fled without paying, police said.

The newest game in the series, with copies ranging between $59 and $100 at Game Stop, was released at the store the same day.

The stolen games were worth a total of $1,020.

A worker at the store declined to comment.

Police did not offer a description of the suspect.
