Shia LaBeouf Engages in Ridiculous NYC Publicity Stunt, Twitter Reacts

November 10, 2015 4:32pm | Updated November 10, 2015 4:32pm

What to do on a rainy day? If you're Shia LaBeouf, you head to a movie theater and spend the next 72 hours watching your life pass before your eyes.

It sounds ridiculous (because it is), but that's exactly what the 29-year-old actor is doing right now at the Angelika Film Center.

A Tuesday press release from "art collective LaBeouf, Rönkkö & Turner" announced that starting at noon on Nov. 10, LaBeouf would be watching "all his movies consecutively in reverse chronological order over the next three days, 24 hours a day," and that the public is invited to join in for free.

The news generated immediate (and strong) responses on social media. If you can't bring yourself to sit through the Transformers saga or the meta-perils of watching LaBeouf watch himself online, these responses are worth your time:
