PARK SLOPE — It was a hair-raising crime.

A thief swiped $1,209.74 in Rogaine from a Duane Reade pharmacy on Flatbush and Seventh avenues, according to a police report.

The man, whose pate was covered with a black baseball hat, walked into the store Oct. 29 at 8:40 p.m. and used a key to unlock a display case containing the baldness-busting drug. He placed 26 containers of the drug into a bag and walked out of the store, the report stated.

The theft was clearly caught on video, and employees told police the thief appeared to be a stranger, according to the report.
