It's no easy feat to get New Yorkers to the polls, even on election days when there are mayors, governors, and members of Congress on the ballot. (Last year, only 25 percent of the city's 4.2 million registered voters cast a ballot, according to a report from the New York City Voter Assistance Advisory Committee).

But that doesn't mean there aren't New Yorkers doing their civic duty (and showing off their voter pride).
