UPPER EAST SIDE — With 70 different ingredients to choose from, the juices at this new Lexington Avenue shop are anything customers can dream up.

Mimo Blend, a self-serve juice bar that opened Monday near East 71st Street, offers a cornucopia of natural and fresh ingredients, including fruits, veggies, milks, sweeteners, seasonings and boosters like bee pollen and ginkgo biloba. Other fillings include apples, cashews, goju berries and cacao nibs.

Any number of ingredients can be crammed into a single 16-ounce juice, which costs roughly $8, according to co-owner Jamie Mandor Glassman.

Mimo, which stands for "Make It My Own," can also recommend certain blends for those looking for specific benefits, like a healthier heart, a boost in brain function and weight loss, Mandor Glassman said.

The number of calories and carbs per serving is listed for each ingredient, as well.

Mandor Glassman, 32, owns the shop with her mother, Tanya Mandor, and her 28-year-old sister, Samantha Mandor, who together opened Mimo Blend after two years of planning. They all hail from the Upper East Side.

The women each have retail and marketing experience, and they've always loved brainstorming business concepts together, Mandor Glassman said.

"Two years ago we came up with the idea. Blending and juicing can be an intimidating experience, and many places don't have the customization people would like," she said. "We want to give people options in a non-intimidating way and at the same time provide healthy benefits."

She said she has seen a "huge trend" in juicing and blending, but wanted to get away from using yogurt and artificial or chemical ingredients.

Mandor Glassman also said it's hard for a single person in the city to have 40 fresh ingredients in their kitchen, so Mimo Blend is an alternative for those who want a fresh drink but don't have the time or the space.

The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
