MIDTOWN — Disgraced Subway sandwich shop pitchman Jared Fogle, who pleaded guilty to child porn charges Wednesday, had sex with a minor at some of the city’s swankiest hotels, federal prosecutors charged.

Fogle, 37, paid a 17-year-old girl whom he met online to have sex with him at the Plaza Hotel on Nov. 4, 2012, Indiana federal prosecutors said.

Two months later, he took her to the Ritz Carlton and again paid her for sex, according to a federal indictment.

The girl told investigators she engaged in commercial sex acts with Fogle in the city three different times, dating back to when she was 16, prosecutors charged.

United States of America V. Jared Fogle

“She indicated that she discussed her true age with [Fogle] during their meetings and that he knew she was a minor,” court papers state. “In addition, at various times, the Defendant asked her to provide him with access to other underage minors for purposes of commercial sexual activity.”

Fogle also received a lewd image of a 6-year-old girl, court papers reveal.

Under a plea agreement, Fogle faces five-12 1/2 years in prison and must pay a total of $1.4 million in restitution fees to his 14 victims, eight of whom were minors. He also faces supervised release following completion of his sentence, according to the Southern District of Indiana.

The deal is not expected to be finalized for several months, a district spokesman said.

Fogle's lawyer did not immediately return a call for comment.
