UPPER WEST SIDE — A teenage driver blew through a red light and crashed into an SUV Tuesday night, injuring two passengers before fleeing the scene on foot, police said.

The 18-year-old sped through the light at Broadway while traveling eastbound on West 92nd Street in a 2015 Nissan Sentra, crashing into the 2003 GMC Yukon at roughly 10 p.m., police said.

A passenger in the SUV that was hit, a 44-year-old woman, was taken to St. Luke's Hospital with a knee injury, police said.

An 18-year-old woman riding in the car that ran the light was taken to Weill Cornell Medical Center with a mouth injury, police said.

Neither of the drivers were injured.

The teen left his car at the scene and fled on foot, police still hadn't found him as of Wednesday morning, the NYPD said.

Police could not say what the relationship was between the driver and passenger of the car that ran the light.
