BROOKLYN — F and G train riders faced a longer commute into Manhattan during a wet Tuesday morning as signal problems at Carroll Street sparked delays, officials said.
Riders took to social media to vent their frustration and warn others.
It wasn't immediately clear when regular service would resume.
