FORT GREENE — If you feel like an artsy evening Thursday, BRIC is bringing the performance art and the Italian ice.

The art space at 647 Fulton St. is hosting a Summer Art Social, complete with live music, open studios and $3 beers, from 7 to 11 p.m. Aug. 13.  Admission is free and open to the public. There will also be a photobooth and free lemonade, snacks, as well as Italian ices from Brooklyn’s own Uncle Louie G.

Nearby cafe Hungry Ghost is supplying the $3 Coors and $5 punch. Attendees can also visit the gallery’s current show, Clifford Ross: Water Waves Wood. The exhibit is large scale photographs printed on wood.

Local bands Leg and Superhuman Happiness will perform at 9 and 10 p.m., respectively.

RSVP for free tickets online.
