THE BRONX — Two men were shot outside a High Bridge building Tuesday morning, police said.

The pair, aged 23 and 30, were standing in front of 950 Anderson Ave., near 162nd Street, about midnight when another man drove up in a silver car, hopped out and shot them, NYPD officials said.

The 23-year-old was hit in the elbow and the 30-year-old was hit in the leg, police said. They were treated at Lincoln Medical Center where they were listed in stable condition, police said.

Video shows the gunman jumping back into his car and fleeing the scene. He was not immediately arrested, police said.
