BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — Apartments in a new eight-unit Herkimer Street building are up for grabs — complete with 20-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and loft bedrooms.
The rentals at 327 Herkimer St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant start at $2,123 for one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, according to real estate firm Ideal Properties Group.
Each apartment features stainless steel appliances, and the building includes a laundry room, security system and shared outdoor roof space.
The first-floor apartment has a private yard, while residents of a fourth-floor unit can enjoy their own roof deck, according to listings.
Both floors boast high ceilings with lofted sleeping areas, said Ideal Properties Group’s Michael Colombo.
“You’re looking out over the entire apartment and feel like you’re at the top of a turret,” the broker said. “It definitely has a unique look to it that just jumps out.”
