L Train Rider Inappropriately Touched Himself, Police Say

BROOKLYN — A man on the L train put his hands down his pants and inappropriately touched himself in Williamsburg, police said.

The man, who appeared to be lying down in a photo released by police, was near the Lorimer Street station, about 7 p.m. on June 30 when he started touching himself in front of a 26-year-old woman, NYPD officials said.

The woman snapped his photo and the suspect fled, police said.
