EAST WILLIAMSBURG — A man was found stabbed to death on a Williamsburg street Tuesday afternoon, police said.

John Reyes, 20, was found outside a building on Scholes Street at the corner of Humboldt Street around 12:20 p.m. with multiple stab wounds to his stomach, NYPD officials said.

Reyes, of Crown Heights, was pronounced dead at Woodhull Hospital.

It's unclear what provoked the attack.

The block, which has Williamsburg Houses on the north side and some luxury apartments on the south, was closed off for most of Tuesday afternoon.

The daytime attack perturbed some locals, who were already reeling from a murder in Bushwick on Monday.

"It's crazy," said a neighbor walking home her grandchildren and only gave her last name, Ribera.

"I'm afraid because I go out to get my grandkids. I'm not worried about me, I'm worried about them."
