JACKSON HEIGHTS — Police have identified a suspect in a deadly shooting on Roosevelt Avenue on May 5 and are asking for the public's help in finding him.

Raul Zamora, 35, allegedly shot and killed Jorge Manzanarez, 38, in front of 93-12 Roosevelt Ave. at 2:33 p.m. on May 5 after a verbal dispute, police said.

Zamora was with two other men who have not been identified, and the attack was likely gang-motivated, police said.

Zamora — who had six previous arrests, including one for criminal trespassing, police said — is described as 5'9" tall and 145 pounds.

Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
