MANHATTAN — A 16-year-old boy was stabbed in the head by a group of men in East Harlem Sunday night, police said.
The boy, whose name was not released, was near the intersection of Second Avenue and East 123rd Street about 11:30 p.m. when the group attacked him, NYPD officials said.
He was treated at Harlem Hospital for injuries that weren't considered life threatening, police said.
His attackers fled and were not immediately arrested, police said.
