QUEENS — Human body parts were found in a black duffel bag in Bayswater Monday afternoon, police said.
The remains were found along the shoreline at 14-52 Gipson St., near Motts Basin, about 12 p.m., an NYPD spokesman said.
The remains were not immediately identified and it wasn't clear how the person died, police said.
An NYPD spokesman said the investigation is ongoing and the medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
