HELL'S KITCHEN — The West Side is getting a bit of West Coast style, in the form of mini-chain Otto's Taco's.

Owner Otto Cedeno, who already slings "LA-inspired" tacos in the East Village and West Village, applied for a beer license for a spot at 707 Ninth Ave., a storefront between West 48th and West 49th streets.

The proposed menu is the same as Otto's two downtown spots: shrimp, carnitas, carne asada, chicken or mushroom fillings in a corn tortilla, with masa fries on the side and churros for dessert.

Cedeno confirmed his plans to open a Hell's Kitchen location to DNAinfo New York but did not give an opening date for the spot.
