Man Robs Staten Island CVS at Gunpoint, Police Say

CASTLETON CORNERS — A man held up a Castleton Corners CVS at gunpoint on Monday and escaped with $200 in cash, police said.

The suspect walked into the CVS at 1933 Victory Blvd. shortly before 3:30 a.m. on Monday, police said. When inside, he showed the clerk a silver gun and demanded money from the pharmacy drawer.

The man took $200 and fled the store to an unknown location, police said.

No injuries were reported.
