ELMHURST — Police have released a photo of a man wanted for questioning regarding a deadly shooting outside a Queens nightclub on Halloween that left a woman dead and injured two others.

The man, seen on surveillance footage wearing a No. 99 jersey, was at the club when someone fired shots into a large group outside Club Hive at 79-21 Queens Blvd. around 4 a.m. on Oct. 31 after a brawl broke out inside the club, police said.

Hive was hosting an after-party for a concert sponsored by radio station Power 105.1, according to the club's Instagram account.

Tamar Sermons, 20, of Springfield Gardens was shot and killed and a 21-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man were also shot. They were last listed in stable condition.

Police officers were still outside when the shooting happened, which didn't deter the brazen suspect from shooting into the crowd, a police source said.

Officials released an image taken from surveillance video of the man, described as a man in his 20s. He is wanted for questioning.

Club Hive was shut down on Nov. 6 by the NYPD and the State Liquor Authority for operating illegally and for violating an agreement the landlord had with local authorities to not use the space as a nightclub.

Anyone with information about the shooting can call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS, send tips via the Crime Stoppers website or text tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
