SOHO — A man was stabbed in the neck after a fight broke out at the Soho Grand Hotel, the NYPD said.
Police said the fight started inside the hotel about 3:36 a.m., when three men started arguing. It spilled out into the street and continued until one man stabbed another in the back of his neck.
The 38-year-old victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, police said. His injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
Police have one suspect in custody, a 27-year-old man, but believe there is a second on the loose. Police said the remaining suspect was wearing a hoodie and took off in a red Mercedes Benz.
Information on the weapon used and where exactly in the hotel the fight began was not immediately available.
A manager at the hotel said he did not have any information to release at this time.
